1. What data we collect
- Account & registration: real name, email address, wallet address, nickname/profile details.
- KYC/AML verification: identity documents and verification data handled by Didit.
- Match & platform activity: match participation, results, disputes, uploaded proof (screenshots/images) and user-provided links (YouTube/Twitch).
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, push tokens, and security logs.
2. Why we process your data (legal basis)
- Contract performance — to run the platform, matches, wallet connect, payouts.
- Legal obligations — MiCA, KYC/AML/KYT compliance.
- Legitimate interests — platform security, anti-cheat enforcement, fraud prevention.
- Consent — analytics cookies (when required).
3. KYC/AML/CFT (Didit)
KYC is mandatory for all users before real-money mainnet access. Didit verifies identity on our behalf and acts as our processor. Didit also supports sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening as part of our AML/CFT programme for all users.
4. Anti-cheat enforcement, AML/CFT & permanent KYC-linked bans
If cheating, fraud, identity abuse, sanctions evasion, money laundering indicators, chargeback abuse, or serious Terms violations are confirmed, we will permanently ban the account and exclude the person from future registration. We retain the minimum necessary identifiers permitted by applicable law (for example, email, wallet address, nickname, KYC reference, and compliance decision record) to prevent re-registration and protect fair play. A banned person cannot pass KYC again or create a new account.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with trusted providers such as Didit, EU-based hosting (Supabase), and Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for platform operations, security, and legal requirements.
7. International transfers
We host and store data in the EU/EEA.
8. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete (where legally possible), restrict, object, and request portability of your data. Contact info@chainesport.com or use Delete account in the mobile app Profile screen.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
10. Children
ChainEsport is 18+ only.
